Kickstarter is a growing website of interest for pretty much any industry you can name. We have already shouted out a few Kickstarter campaigns, so to continue the interest, we have created a new type of article called “Kickstarter Picks”, such as the one from late last week, Errant Heart.
This pick is of my own interest: GTFO: A Film About Women in Gaming, produced by Shannon Sun-Higginson. Documentaries about gaming are my absolute favorites, with DoubleFine making one, and Indie Game the Movie already being backed. This time, GTFO takes a look at women’s role in professional gaming, and the stereotypes that come along with that. The campaign is already almost to its funding, with only a little push needed to finish it up.
